Marreese Speights Had Gun Pulled On Him Outside SF Nightclub

Marreese Speights escaped unharmed early Monday morning after he had a gun pulled on him outside of a downtown San Francisco nightclub, KTVU-TV reported.

Speights was outside the Cellar Night Club on Sutter Street when a convicted felon pulled a gun on him in a nearby parking lot, law enforcement sources told KTVU. There was an attempt to steal Speights’ gold chains but he successfully ran away.

San Francisco police officers captured and arrested the alleged gunman.

I believe the "he successfully ran away" refers to Speights and not the convicted felon. Not the same sentence.
