Mavericks Reassign Dwight Powell To D-League

The Dallas Mavericks have reassigned Dwight Powell to the Texas Legends, the team’s NBA Development League affiliate.

The assignment is the 164th of the 2014-15 campaign and Powell is one of 54 NBA players to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.

I really liked what I saw from him in those limited minutes. He plays physical, can shoot (even 3's), above average athletically. Definitely has more upside than Wright. Doesn't have the size to be a full-time C though.
