Great news for my Lakers! We we gladly take Towns or Okafor. It's been a rough 3 years.

1st team all rookie Clarkson
mentor Kobe
?
lotto pick Randle
Towns or Okafor

+ 30 cap space for max FA. If only a great SF was available... can't get everything at once

these lists are so easy to make a teams draft picks look terrible in retrospect...T
Most of the players were luck. Those players were low in the draft and plenty of teams passed on them. The Grizz took Hasheem thabeet over Curry...Faried was 22 overall, Butler was 30th pick...meaning the entire league chose to pass him up

Here's a list of players Flip Saunders has drafted:

Trey Burke, who he turned into Shabazz Muhammad and Gorgui Dieng (both would be drafted higher than Burke in a re-draft)
Zach Lavine (Who would be drafted higher than 13 and was 2nd team all NBA for rookies)

Yeah, go ahead and throw Kahn decisions in the Wolves face. Flip has done a damn good job so far in the draft.

Oh yeah, and he turned a disgruntled opting out Love into the ROY and someone that looks like a real future A1 franchise player. Even though most people said he had "Zero Leverage".

Most boring lotto ever. Everyone stayed the same except for the Lakers and Knicks flip flopping. Grats to the Wolves. Towns will look real nice up front. Towns and Wiggins is a hell of a foundation. But what is Minny gonna do with Pekovic?

Pek may need to limit his minutes anyway, so having someone like Towns that could play next to him at times would be nice.

If they can get 20 minutes a night out of Pek he would be OK.

Including the trade that landed them Wiggens and Bennett, they now have 3 straight first overall picks.

True... but Wiggins was the best player from a very mediocre draft class and Bennett looks like a bust.

So sick of this hindsight BS, especially when you know full well the Wolves have completely different management now and you just want to kick dirt on them. It's so dumb, especially when you name plenty of players that MANY teams passed on and no one anticipated to be as good as they are now.

Congrats to the Wolves. It's been a long time spent at the bottom of the league, but really hope this pick changes everything and the young core builds to a serious contender in a few years. Fans in Minnesota deserve it.

The Timberwolves are going to do us a favor and trade Dieng to the Warriors for the 2015 1st Round Pick #30.

And then I woke up from my dreams ahaha!

Don't the Timberwolves have a center already?
