Detroit Pistons forward Cartier Martin has exercised his player option for next season with the Detroit Pistons worth $1.27 million, a league source told RealGM.
Martin had waited for his formal decision on the option, but filed the notice to the Pistons last week about his choice to pick up the deal.
Martin has played seven NBA seasons with Charlotte, Golden State, Washington, Atlanta, Chicago and Detroit. The 30-year-old has averaged 5.1 points and 1.9 rebounds in his career.
