Cameron Payne of Murray State has become a player moving up the draft boards of teams rapidly since declaring for the NBA Draft.
Payne has been generating a lot of buzz for the Indiana Pacers.
Several rival general managers believe the Oklahoma City Thunder have made a promise to Payne to take him at No. 14.
Payne could now go well before then to the aforementioned Pacers or even as high as the Sacramento Kings, Denver Nuggets or Charlotte Hornets.
