Bucks Trade Ersan Ilyasolva To Pistons For Caron Butler, Shawne Williams

The Milwaukee Bucks traded forward Ersan Ilyasova to the Detroit Pistons, according to sources.

The acquisition of Ilyasova gives the Pistons a power forward to replace Greg Monroe.

Detroit sent forward Caron Butler and Shawne Williams to Milwaukee in the trade.

Trade season starting already, man im going to love these next couple offseasons as they will likely be full of trades and big time signings to go along with many surprises.

Monroe is going to get paid good!
He worked for it, had a great season. Slowed down Drummond, but I thought of them as a strong duo down low.
Detroit is going to make significant progress!
Drummond did work for me in fantasy last year.

Bucks with MCW, Jabari, Henson make a nice trio. Hopefully all can develop well.

Caron Butler just can't stay out of MKE. And sadly, Ersan Ilyasova will never get to wear those snazzy new Bucks' unis.

But it makes sense for the Pistons. They're total garbage and need someone to play the 4.

No Ily is the Ryan Anderson/Rashard Lewis stretch 4 who can open up space for drummond

The Bucks will be a problem next season and for a long time in the EC if they can keep all their players... and if they add another quality Center who can score in the post and protect the rim they will be the second best team in the east behind Cleveland...If they sign Brook Lopez and Parker stays healthy and productive they will be a legit contender for the NBA title

Great move for the Bucks, let Hanson/Giannis/Parker develop in that front court.

Middleton
Parker
Giannis
Henson

Bucks are looking nice right now. With time their defense is going to win them games, they have the tools to be a great defensive team. Length advantage in every position, coupled with their athleticism—that's a great looking roster. Too bad about the Sanders though. Henson is going to need to ramp it up, otherwise trade him before he gets too old for his potential/ceiling.

Who is going to sign Monroe then? I think Portland should if Aldridge decides to sign elsewhere. Otherwise toronto would be a great fit.

Hell yeah for my fantasy team. This situation can't be worse for Skeletor than what he was in with Jabari coming back and the way Gundy likes bigs to shoot three's. It's been a rough ride the last few years having him in my 20 team keeper league but I think I got a legit keeper now.
