Bucks Shopping Henson, Carter-Williams To Move Up

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Tue Jun 23, 2015 6:27 pm

The Milwaukee Bucks are exploring ways of moving up in the draft with John Henson and the Los Angeles Clippers' 2016 first rounder as available assets.

The Bucks also could be willing to trade away Michael Carter-Williams to acquire a top-10 pick.

Carter-Williams was acquired at the deadline from the Philadelphia 76ers as part of the Brandon Knight trade.

Bucks own the Clippers 2017 1st round pick, not 2016.

Tired of people saying they should have kept Knight.. If you guys actually watched the Bucks, you would see he played hero ball and was extremely sloppy at running the offense. MCW has much better value and is cheaper.

This is a big WTF if true.. they basically traded the Lakers 2016 top 3 protected pick to get MCW.

if they didnt want MCW why'd they trade their best offensive player to get him? Brandon Knight is a better basketball player. that trade was baffling bc Milwaukee really was looking like a young team on the rise. now they realize MCW cant shoot and isnt all that good and they want something of value in return. should have known that before the trade was made- everyone else did

Bucks might finally know what the F they are doing with Kidd and new owners. Turned trash in Jennings into Knight/Middleton, then parlayed Knight into MCW/Ennis/Plumlee. Don't see them moving MCW without a good vet like Ty Lawson coming back.

100% agree. Knight was good because he was stat stuffing. We'll see how he plays with a full season in Phoenix. I still seeing him being a good point guard but not this near all star everyone thinks he is.

MCW is great value and very young, Tyler Ennis can be groomed into a future starting pg or a great back up, and Miles Plumlee added depth. Heard they're also interested in Mason Plumlee, One of Kidd's favorite players when he coached Brooklyn so the connection there makes sense.

The active trades that Kidd and the Bucks have been making have been great for the organization. Salary Dumping Ilyasova without giving up assets. Kidd knows what he's doing.

Lol. Brandon Knight is straight up trash.
