The Miami Heat are approximately $13 million over the projected tax line and have made both Mario Chalmers and Chris Andersen available for nothing.
The Heat have also made Shabazz Napier available as they look to create extra cap room for next summer.

why get rid of shabazz??? just work on developing the kid like what spurs do. it's not like there paying him much. he's still under his rookie contract
