Ofcourse, since there are two conferences. If one conference had many less stars, it'd be easier to be a repeat winner, while there may be better players than that on the other conference. For example, Lebron usually doesn't have near the competition for the award the West has. I mean sure, now he has George, but in the West you got Curry, Durant, Westbrook, Griffin, Leonard, Davis, Cousins, Paul, etc.. I guess you can say I didn't name a couple of guys like Wall, but honestly most of the guys after LBJ and George wouldn't make a lot of noise out west, maybe Love and Irving would.
