NBA Efficiency Differential Rankings: Cavs Drop From 3rd To 7th

The Cleveland Cavaliers lost all three of their games last week and have fallen from third to seventh in Efficiency Differential.


The Orlando Magic entered the top-10, jumping from 12th to 10th.

At this rate, it looks like the Western Conference Finals will basically be the NBA finals. The teams from the east aren't even close....

The east is stronger overall this year the west is 2 teams and the rest stink.
