David Stern Played Role In 76ers' Hiring Of Jerry Colangelo

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Mon Dec 14, 2015 5:20 pm

Adam Silver had "a significant hand" in putting Jerry Colangelo into the front office of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Silver helped put Colangelo together with Josh Harris to help appease critics of their rebuilding process.

David Stern also helped move things toward a partnership as well.

Stern retired as commissioner of the NBA in 2014.

The saddest part of this whole thing is that if Ben Simmons goes to the 76ers their ridiculous plan of putting together rosters filled with D League players and injured players is going to look like a success.
