LeBron James is leaning towards skipping the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

James hasn't informed USA Basketball of his decision, but team officials are operating with the expectation he's likely to withdraw.

James has been a member of USA Basketball since 2004.

Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook, James Harden and LaMarcus Aldridge have previously withdrawn from consideration.
