Golden State Would Like To Sign Small Forward Into Core As Plan B

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Fri Jun 24, 2016 11:00 pm

The Golden State Warriors could consider Nicolas Batum or Evan Turner at small forward if they don't sign Kevin Durant.

The future of Harrison Barnes is in flux and they won't part with him unless they're sure of signing someone better.

Batum is likely a better fit than Barnes but his maximum salary will begin at $28 million compared to $23.5 million.

The Warriors are more likely to go after a small forward they can to the core like Turner, Allen Crabbe or Jonas Jerebko.
