Chris Paul Puts Bel-Air Mansion For Sale At $11.495M

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sat Aug 20, 2016 8:47 pm

Chris Paul has listed his Bel-Air mansion for sale at $11.495 million.

Paul bought the 11-bedroom mansion from Avril Lavigne for $8.495 million. Paul has since bought another home in Calabasas for $8.995 million.

Paul will be a free agent in 2017 after joining the Los Angeles Clippers in 2011.

Would be quite the sexy investment if he sold at that price.

His drive from Calabasas to Staples will be further than coming from Bel Air.

For $11 M, I'd expect a way more bad ass house than that

The question we should be asking is, "Why is he selling his house?"

He probably has enough money to pay the taxes, so I suspect the answer is, "Because I may not be around here next year to live in it."
If I were the Clips, I'd want to know, too.

Except that he just bought a house in Calabasas, which is within driving proximity to Staples, so...

Haha -- I didn't know that. So people with $11.49 Million houses don't even need to sell them to buy the next one. My bad!

So now CP3 owns $20.5 Million in homes. My problem, exactly.

CP3 showing why he cares more about leading the CBA's than winning a title. All he sees is dollar signs.

Not a bad way to spend one year of your salary.
