Andre Roberson was asked if he's excited about becoming a free agent this summer of if he'd prefer to sign an extension with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
"At this moment, I’m not much into that," said Roberson. "I just leave that to my agents. I’m going to play my game and live one day at a time. Priority is focusing on the team and do what I do. I’m not really worried about that aspect. If I go out there and play my game, everything is going to take care of itself."
The Thunder rebounded from losing Kevin Durant in free agency by signing Russell Westbrook to an extension that added one more season to his deal.
Roberson was asked if Westbrook's extension helped morale for the Thunder.
"Yeah! I think so," said Roberson. "It would have been tough for the organization otherwise. It’s great that he’s sticking around and can continue to put in hard work into the system. He believes in this organization."
