Jeremy Lin re-aggravated his strained left hamstring during rehab and will be out another three to five weeks.

Lin signed a three-year, $36 million contract with the Brooklyn Nets in the offseason but he has only played in 12 out of the Nets' 41 games this season.

Lin is averaging 13.9 points, 3.3 rebounds and 5.8 assists in 25.0 minutes per game.

This guy just can't catch a break this season. Hope he heals up and doesn't rush to get back out there.

Nets better find a real PG this offseason (maybe in-season) because Lin is always hurt. Dude should just be a back-up.

That makes no sense. Lin hasn't been hurt much prior to the season. Do you just make a player because he has one injury-prone season a backup? Then Rose should be a backup and so forth. Let him heal, get better, and hopefully he'll get his hammy back healthy and play his game.

Did you forget him missing playoff games in multiple years due to injury with the Knicks and the Rockets?

Its not like Nets is going anywhere this season, might as well just tank it for a top pick and let Lin heal

Knicks he blew out his knee because D'Antoni "rode him like Secretariat" and he was injured for a few games with the Rockets in their first playoff appearance. He played every game in the Rockets playoff the next season and he played every game with the Hornets in the playoffs last season.

They should be patient with Isaiah Whitehead and see how he develops. His game was pretty impressive at Seton Hall. He just needs to grow and put it together.

No such luck. Nets swap picks with Celtics this year from Pierce Garnett trade.

Are you comparing Chris Paul to Jeremy Lin? Jesus Christ.

Not really. :nonono:

Just refuting your logic that since a certain player is injured(multiple times), the team should find a "real" player to start at that position.

The Nets might be the one team that has more incompetent medical staff than the Knicks.

Oh shut up. I am a basketball fan and have been watching basketball players since Walt Frazier and Willis Reed. Stop making stupid assumptions. All I said was Lin wasn't injury prone, and this is an exception and challenged someone's notion that someone who is injury prone should be a backup. If you don't know anything about a poster, then shut up.
