Being waived for white shows me two things.

1. He isn't a hard working person.
2. Low energy player.

These are the only two things White has over someone like Williams, despite his draft pick there is no way he should be outworked by a player like White and lose his job. It's embarrassing.

Now these could be qualities only a few teams look for in bench players, but I doubt it. Williams is doing this to himself.
