Once all teams have their own team, then will this be more like a minor league or NFL practice squad type, where players can still sign with other teams?
NBA teams with future affiliation: Atlanta Hawks (with Erie BayHawks by parent club ownership in 2017) and Minnesota Timberwolves (with the Iowa Energy by parent club ownership in 2017)
NBA teams without an exclusive affiliate: Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Clippers, Milwaukee Bucks, New Orleans Pelicans, Portland Trail Blazers, and Washington Wizards.

So starting next year rosters will have 15 players plus 2 two-way contracts. Hopefully it'll grow once every team has a dleague affiliate, although NO and Denver will probably be typically cheap until forced to.
