Mark Jackson Signs Mutliyear Deal With ESPN

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Tue May 2, 2017 9:18 pm

Mark Jackson has signed a multiyear deal with ESPN to continuing calling NBA games.

Last week, ESPN laid off about 100 employees, including some of its high-profile TV talent.

Jackson was part of ESPN's lead broadcasting team before becoming head coach of the Golden State Warriors in 2011. When he was fired as head coach in 2014, Jackson immediately rejoined ESPN for the 2014 Playoffs.

Jackson has had interest in returning to coaching.

This guy is annoying as hell,, I can't believe ESPN renewed his contract especially with all the people they fired! He is still so salty about the fact that he was fired from the greatest basketball team the last ten years, and the best basketball team for the next ten years. it is difficult to hear him announce when he is so salty still, and he is also pretty opinionated on the air when it comes to current events on the air.. that sometimes you'll even hear mike breene say.. "you're phone will be ringing tonight"!
