Thanks for the honesty.MorbidHEAT wrote:My dislike for Lin started during Linsanity. It was absurd. It's probably irrational dislike at this point, but man he gets on my nerves. He's been tearing us up though.

His role isn't to score tho.

On the other hand, when you consider that hes making more than D-Rose and Isaiah Thomas this year,
makes you realize how unpredictable the NBA is

I don't really have a problem with his deal.
The post I was responding to thought it was a bargain and expected it to be 70+ mil, that's a bit much I thought

What I meant was he would have gotten around $70 in the open market next year. Look at beyombo, Crabbe, Otto potter and so on. The heat will pay him $1.5 this year then the 4/42 so we getting rich for 5 years at $43.5 m . His last year a player option he will decline of course but still a bargain. He started the season slow because he had knee soreness for a game in preseason and missed start of the season as well as wrist injury. After he was fully healthy he was averaging 15 points 2 blocks 2 steals 5 assist 4 rebounds something like that and his effort have never been in doubt. Heat got a steal
