Jarrett Jack Agrees Upon Deal With Knicks

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Thu Sep 14, 2017 9:01 pm

The New York Knicks have agreed upon a one-year, non-guaranteed deal with Jarrett Jack.

Jack played in only two games last season as he recovered from a torn ACL.

You know its a tough league when this guy can't get a guaranteed deal from the Knicks, even when coming back from blown ACL.

In my mind, Jarret Jack is an All-NBA 1st-teamer. Every time he played us, the Knicks made him look like Jordan.

He's already 33, got waived by the Hawks at the beginning of last season, signed by the Pels in Feb, tore his meniscus in the same leg (as the ACL tear), hasn't played since. That's tough.

Thanks for the honesty.

Yeah teams are going to be very cautious w/anyone who tears an ACL on the wrong side of 30. The torn meniscus is no big deal and he should be good to go if he was committed to the proper rehab in the off season.
