LeBron James Pays $23M For 2nd Home In Los Angeles

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Thu Dec 7, 2017 11:13 pm

LeBron James has bought a second home in the Los Angeles area for $23 million.

James bought another house in the Brentwood area two years ago for approximately $21 million.

The house has city-to-ocean views, the 15,846-square-foot home is furnished with an elevator, a home theater and a custom kitchen. The house has eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.

James' children were visiting high schools in the Los Angeles area several months ago.

James can become an unrestricted free agent in 2018.

Today is a fantastically bad time to buy a house in LA.

Seems like he's investing his money in property.

He needs a home to live in when he does films in the summer and then returns to his Mansion during the NBA season to lead the Cavs.

We're so scared! Of 45 year old lebron joining lonzo balls shooting efficiency. What is he ranked out of 468 nba players? Oh right 468

Interesting timing. Imagine the potential troll activity if this home burns down?

Totally depends on how badly you need it and how good your home insurance policy is. What an amazing investment on a complete fixer that burns down, no?

Focusing on Lonzo Ball’s shooting efficiency is like being mad at Floyd Mayweather’s knockout numbers smh, you’re worrying about the wrong things.

Right, because shooting efficiency doesn't matter at all in today's NBA.
Go look back at the previous NBA champs. How many starred a PG with an ORTG of 87?

Comparing a lack of shooting efficiency to Floyd's lack of knockout power is ridiculous. A lack of shooting efficiency from a PG is like Floyd fighting without his left hand. It may not be his most important weapon, but it damn sure matters.

Dude is shooting 50% from the line. At this pace, he's a bigger Ricky Rubio.

Its pretty funny because Tatum is shooting better from 3 than ball is shooting from free throw.

Lakers need a SG. Someone like Westbrook or PG13 will fit in nicely. They are set with the forwards. There is no point to gut a nice young team for Bron and his entourage.

The Clippers, on the other hand, is a blank canvas ready for creativity. The only holdovers are Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.

Bron to Philly will be intriguing although the James family may not enjoy the city as much as Tinseltown.

If the lakers can get lebron they'll do it. He could play sg or pf just fine..

I'm willing to bet this is not, in fact, his second home. I'm guessing he had more then one house before he bought this one.

LeBron to LA.. let the rumors begin. If he wants to win, he aint doing it in LA, especially in the wild wild west. LA aint too far from Golden State, imagine him taking the minimum to play here, lol.
