The Houston Rockets continue to lead the NBA in Net Rating at +11.2 points per 100 possessions behind their remarkable offense and their better than expected defense. The Toronto Raptors have moved up to third in the NBA at +8.0 while the Golden State Warriors remain second.

All I have to say is that it's oddly satisfying that the league has 30 teams and the delineation between positive and negative is between teams #15-16.
