Stephen Curry Fully Returns To Practice, Could Play In Game 1

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Thu Apr 26, 2018 9:52 pm

Stephen curry was a full participant in the Golden State Warriors' practice on Thursday.

The Warriors will begin their second round series against the Pelicans on Saturday and Curry is listed as questionable.

Curry is returning from a Grade 2 MCL sprain.

Steve Kerr said that Curry "practiced 100 percent" and "did everything."

"Looked good, too," Kerr said.

Bob Myers left the possibility open in an interview on Wednesday, telling 95.7 The Game that Curry returning for Game 1 is "conceivable."

seems more than likely if its "possible", since its better to have him from game 1 rather than mid series so the team can be better settled in and consistent.

I’d rather he wait until Game 3, get the extra week, and come back at 85% than come back Game 1 at 70% and never get better like in 2016.

Where are you getting your health stats? How do you know he's not 100%?

They're super lucky, or they might get swept like the Blazers.

I see him doing another ankle injury in the playoffs. Just too soon and he's been so wobbly on them this season.

The Warriors entire season is now down to Currys weak ankles. They must be really worried about the brow... and rightfully so. Big men that can score are the Warriors kryptonite.

Gtfo. Zero chance he’s 100% already from a grade 2 mcl sprain. We have enough of a record on how Curry (and athletes on average) heal from these things. Coming back too soon was the biggest reason GSW didn’t repeat in 2016.

The biggest reason they lost in 2016 is because Draymond d was suspended for no real reason. Save that, they close out the series.

Steph Curry is always 80-85% when he shoots poorly.

He not playing maaaan. This is a tactic from Stevie boy to get Pelicans to split their time making two different game plans. Bait
