David Fizdale Gaining 'Serious Traction' To Become Head Coach Of Knicks

David Fizdale has gained "serious traction" in the New York Knicks' head coaching search, according to sources.
Fizdale has been considered one of New York's leading candidates for the job along with David Blatt and Mike Budenohlzer.
Fizdale was fired by the Grizzlies early in the 17-18 season.

Not the worst pick out of all candidates considered but it's hard to ignore the track record of the Knicks. At some point, they will turn it around but I don't think fans can put up with another swing and a miss. Blatt has proven to be successful pretty much anywhere he has gone and has many more years of head coaching experience. Maybe the international experience will also help with mentoring Porzingis, unless they ship him out for a bag of chips and a deck of cards.

if he gets the gig, his agent should get double commission. crazy how some one so mediocre got so much prime asst jobs, HC traction, and TV time.
he is a Very average Coach.
his agent is a gem.

Pretty sure he did a solid job with the grizzlies. The roster was never
