Steve Kerr, Warriors To Discuss Contract Extension

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Mon Jun 11, 2018 11:59 am

The Golden State Warriors and Steve Kerr plan on discussing a contract extension past the 18-19 season.

Kerr signed a five-year, $25 million deal in 2014.

“I’m going to need (an extension) because I bought a house in San Francisco and I’m going to have to coach for another 20 years to afford that house,” Kerr laughingly told Anthony Slater on Friday night.

Joe Lacob has been optimistic about the Warriors' chances of signing Kerr to an extension.

No, but if it's nice and in a nice neighborhood, a 4 BR/B big house could be upwards of 10 million. This place is freaking crazy.

Kerr is worth more than Rivers who makes some ridiculous # per season. Rivers is overrated.Kerr should easily be the second highest paid coach in the nba behind Popovich. He showed his talent before they even landed Durant when he took a first round exit Warriors squad coached by Mark Jackson and lead them to a title.

10mil, ya, but 100mil??!

Na, just googled, 40mil was called the most expensive house in SF. There was this 100 mil thing that was some kinda mansion bought by a billionaire.

I guess Kerr spends a lot.

Or maybe it was a joke.
