Mohamed Bamba is mocked as their selection in ESPN's latest projections, but sources say Michael Porter Jr. is a favorite of Mark Cuban.

Dallas could bring Porter along slowly as he works his way back from hip and back issues.

if the kid's body cant make it through a soft NCAA schedule; what the likelihood he can handle the NBA grind?
he def LOOKS the part, but his legs are messy and his shot is clunky.
he is athletic, but his Plus Effort makes him LOOK more athletic than he truly is (think JRandle, Thon Maker).

where does he fit in? how does he excel in the league? does he have a ready-made O game?

RISKY selection. too many Unknowns in the top of the lottery, i'd be trading down to get out of there.
if i were a GM, i wouldnt stamp my name on MJP.
