Dwane Casey has been named the 17-18 NBA Coach of the Year, beating out Brad Stevens and Quin Snyder.

Toronto's players didn't show up and haven't in the last few playoffs. Of course the team must have a scapegoat and it is usually the coach. He found a new position so we shall see for who it will work out better.

Casey landed on his feet. Raptors gm had to either fire himself or the coach... He picked the coach. Problem was and is personnel. The raps are unbalanced.

They need to break up lowry derozan. Trade derozan and get a legit young small forward who can guard multiple positions.....basically.do more than just score.

Would love to see the pistons trade reggie jackson for bench help. Definitely rooting for detroit this season.

The Raptors front office looks like complete morons here. They fire that guy that got them their best record in franchise history and won coach of the year. Bunch of incompetent idiots. It's like getting fired for losing to Michael Jordan in the playoffs. It's dumb. I get they got swept by the Cavs, but Lebron was going beast mode, and 2 of those games could have easily gone the other way. It wasn't as lopsided as it seemed and it's not like the Cavs were a bad team, they made the finals. Firing him was just an emotional reactionary scapegoating move for the GM to save face, it didn't make any sense.
