Seth Curry Agrees Upon Two-Year, $5.6M Deal With Blazers

Seth Curry has agreed upon a two-year, $5.6 million deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Curry will join Portland's backcourt rotation with Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum.

Curry missed the entire 17-18 season with a fractured left tibia.

Curry averaged 12.8 points in 29 minutes a game and shot 42.5 percent from 3-point range for the Mavs in 16-17.

If healthy, he can be a real contributor. His season in Dallas year before last showed serious promise that he could be a superior reserve or an adequate, or with improvement slightly above adequate starter. Great basketball IQ. High work rate. And at least from the outside, he appreared to be a good teammate and a hard worker. For his sake, I hope his physical problems are behind him.
