Anonymous Warriors Player: Gordon Hayward Is Liability On Both Ends Of Court

Following the Golden State Warriors' 115-111 win over the Boston Celtics, an anonymous Warriors player told Jeff Goodman that Gordon Hayward was hurting the Celtics on both ends of the court.

“I talked to a Warriors player who told me, ‘listen, Gordon Hayward is not Gordon Hayward right now. He’s hurting them. He’s a liability on both ends of the court'," reported Goodman on the Garden Report.

Hayward finished the game with just 2 points on 0-5 shooting.

Any player going 0-5 in 22 minutes is, their whole bench was today, Rozier is horrible also.

Sixers smell blood. While no where near the level of Golden State in terms of skill or execution, you gotta figure Brett Brown an' 'nem took notice, too

i was originally thinking draymond but he don't care about anonymity so it's not draymond - he'd just say it

but then i thought kd has been trying to change his image from "i care" to "i don't give a sh**", so he doesn't care about anonymity either.

i think it's curry. curry has an image to protect

I think Rozier plays better if getting consistent minutes.. Hayward wont be back to himself to next year..

Everyone watching the Warriors: Draymond would be Jason Maxiell if the Pistons had drafted him.

the Celtics have a net rating of +1.4 when Hayward is on the floor. When he’s off the floor though this has increased to a +11.4. That’s a full 10 points per 100 possessions better when Hayward is on the bench.

He was planning to sign a 4 year 70M offer sheet (same offer Portland signed Enes Kanter to) with Pistons in 2015 as a rfa expecting the warriors to match but I think they negotiated him down to lower annual salary over a 5 year term I think for 82M total (same contract Tristan Thompson demanded and got in his holdout with the Cavs that summer). Warriors saved millions in luxury tax going this route while Draymond got more guaranteed money.

lol just in case why don't you call the Sixers main phone # and let them know Gordon Hayward's not fully back yet. Tell them to get this intel to Coach Brown -- they'll know what to do with it.

So who is your named source for your story confirming that it is a made up story?
