The Toronto Raptors signed Malcolm Miller to a guaranteed contract.
Miller has been with the Raptors for the last two seasons, mostly playing with the Raptors 905 in the G League.
Miller's signing, along with Chris Boucher's addition earlier in the day, brings the Raptors' roster up to 12 players. They will need to add 2 more players by the end of the All-Star break.

Of the available bought out players, Morris if he is healthy and willing to sign with the Raps is the best fit. I expect he will wait to see if Houston, LA or GS will make an offer.
Preferred candidates, not yet on the buy out market, are Jeff Green, Jamychal Green, Pau Gasol and Taj Gibson.
