The Philadelphia 76ers not only pursued Daryl Morey to replace Bryan Colangelo, but also had interest in Bob Myers.
According to reporting from Marc Stein of the New York Times, the 76ers "commissioned a clandestine run at prying Myers away from the Warriors."
The 76ers eventually hired Elton Brand as general manager.
