Lmao at the few that think this is ok!
And he had the nerve to say there was back-stabbing going on after unnecessarily threatening the entire staff’s livelihood? Some guys are so big they never get to hear honest opinions and honest criticism about how they need to improve.
I'm with you brother. They are probably still young, haven't been a exploited corporate slave long enough, or lack critical thinking skills outside of the box to know that its this type of linear thinking that allows people to be treated like bitches in the first place. It's society, or rather, the people in power that have brainwashed them into believing that there is a way of doing things, when the motive behind these 'things' is to retain said power, at the expense of their self respect.
It's the U.S. way of thinking, with some companies it's really backwards and you'd think that you were working for Mr. Slate. Of course the good companies know how important it is to hire competent managers that know how to retain the best talent. Replaceable, what an idiot, even if you think that you don't say it. How the heck are you going to get people to be loyal to you and give it there all talking like that?
Could care less about the motive behind why this was leaked, it doesn't take away from the fact that it happened.
The guy is obviously selfish.
Think about how much of a dick he is. His friend gives him a job, obviously due to their relationship yet elects to go through the media to tell her that he is quitting. If that wasn't bad enough he goes off on Stephen A talking about stuff that negatively effects the organization the same day they hire a new coach. Another dick move, why do this? Your ego? Did he ever think about how it might effect his so called 'sister'' and her company?
The man is petty and has low EQ. Based on his behavior and comments, seems to have low self esteem as well. Love how he makes it a point tell people he has a lot of businesses and doesn't need the job. That's not the point Sherlock, the point is how you aired your dirty laundry at the expense of your friend. The point is when you commit to something you keep your word if you cannot, out of RESPECT, should mitigate damage not create it.
Glad he's getting outed and unsurprisingly this story is very consistent with the rest of his recent selfish egotistical behavior.
