Kyrie Irving Will Not Exercise $21.3M Player Option With Celtics

Kyrie Irving will not exercise his $21.3 million player option for the 19-20 season with the Boston Celtics as expected.


Irving will become a free agent.


Irving is expected to consider the Celtics, Brooklyn Nets and New York Knicks based on prior reports.

Why would he? Even if he would return to the C's, he would want more money. This is not news.

He's not considering the Celtics nor are they considering him, you can pretty much guarantee that at this point.
