JaVale McGee Agrees To Two-Year Deal With Lakers

JaVale McGee has agreed to return to the Los Angeles Lakers on a two-year deal, league sources told Ramona Shelburne of ESPN.

McGee will sign a two-year deal worth $8.2 million, which also includes a player option.

McGee averaged 12.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks last season with the Lakers.

JaVale is still young enough, mobile center. He can defend and play starting role or solid backup if AD wanna play 5.

LA doesnt have other options beside DeMarcus (they can still have him) and he's worse defender and still far from his previous form.
JaVale can get min vet in Houston or Detroit.

Now they need to sign marcus morris 15-20/2year or sth like that (they have more than 11 milion in cap).
and bradley/trey burke/quinn cok/rondo for pg role.
korver, j.r smith for vet minimum or maybe iguodala if trade not happened.

LeBron/Marcus Morris/Korver/Iggy
AD/Kuzma/Marcus Morris
AD/JaVale

and dudley/troy daniels
probably cut 1 guard for backup center (demarcus/chandler)
This is very good team, especially with Iggy, but i think he's gonna be traded to rockets and that's why Lakers need to sign Morris. Korver is too old and weak on defence to play first backup of LeBron.
