UConn To Rejoin Big East In 2020

UConn finalized an agreement to leave the AAC on July 1st, 2020 to re-enter the Big East Conference. The university was an original member of the Big East in 1979.
UConn will pay a $17 million exit fee by 2026.
UConn will be in the Big East for all sports except for football, ice hockey, and rowing.
