Kevin Durant: Some Days I Hate The Circus Of The NBA

Kevin Durant seems to have a love-hate relationship with the NBA.

“Some days I hate the NBA,” Durant said. “Some days I hate the circus of the NBA. Some days I hate that the players let the NBA business, the fame that comes with the business, alter their minds about the game. Sometimes I don’t like being around the executives and politics that come with it. I hate that.”

Durant will play for his third team in the NBA with the Brooklyn Nets once he recovers from his torn Achilles.

Durant was once known for having an excellent relationship with the media, but it became more adversarial this season as many speculated about his expected departure from the Golden State Warriors.

What a cry baby little puke. He hates everything about the NBA that makes him money. He can’t give anyone credit for anything, he’s done everything on his own without any help and now everyone has turned their back on him, what a shocker!

He’s constantly doing interviews and looking for ways to be more relevant and exposed than LeBron but yet he hates the media? He wants nothing to do with the media but moves to the media capital of the world while having his own show and entertainment company? Also as soon as an article comes out like this and he comes off as his true arrogant self he wines that they constantly misquoted him or they didn’t tell the full story or it was out of context, nothing is ever KDs fault.

After 3 teams and a slew of ex-teammates that want nothing to do with you, organization that want nothing to do with you and fans that want nothing to do with you, that maybe, just maybe it’s you KD?

As a Pre-Madonna with an extreme case of narcissism, it’s fitting that Kyrie would be his best friend, maybe they can sail the open seas of this beautiful flat earth right off the edge into oblivion like a new age Thelma and Louise.

KD worked hard to get where he is, and wants to spend his career where it feels right to him. If you’re painting him with the same brush as Antonio Brown or the other sports divas, then you’re just another ignorant, reactionary fan who’s angry anytime an athlete says something other than ‘thank you’.

Most of us Knicks fans were sad when KD ruptured his Achilles. We felt bad when he went outside of NY to Brooklyn.
