Matisse Thybulle rolled his ankle in a Monday workout, revealed Brett Brown during his annual "Coaching the Coaches" clinic.
Thybulle will be examined on Tuesday morning.
The Sixers traded up to get Thybulle with the 20th pick in last year's draft.
