Zion Williamson Focused On Refining Eating Habits During Rehab

Zion Williamson has focused on refining his eating habits during his rehab, sources tell Shams Charania of The Athletic.

When Williamson underwent surgery on his torn meniscus in October, the New Orleans Pelicans did not believe his weight was a reason for the injury. The Pelicans have wanted Williamson to get lean and trim prior to his return.

Williamson is also believed to still be growing.

While Williamson has progressed to one-on-one and three-on-three court work with coaches, he has not been cleared for full contact and basketball activities, which could wait until mid-January.

The Pelicans fully anticipate Williamson will still play this season.

If he really is still growing, he's gonna be 6-6 350 pounds next season. And 6-6 400 pounds in two years. No problem, he can totally play like Jordan.

I think he was joking about the speech. Not sure how good Duke and Coach K are with potty training though...
