Warriors Open To Trading Alec Burks, Other Veteran Players

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sun Dec 29, 2019 4:40 am

The Golden State Warriors are reportedly willing to trade Alec Burks and other veteran players at the trade deadline, league sources told Monte Pool of NBC Sports Bay Area.

Burks is currently making $2.3 million this season.

The team are looking for future assets in return for a veteran player.

Damion Lee and Ky Bowman are coming up on their limit for two-way deals, which could add extra urgency in trading Burks.

Lee and Bowman have 12 and 11 days remaining as NBA players on their two-way deals.

LOL, the team finally goes on a bit of a win streak and management wants to jump in before it even ends and trade away players - to get the tank back on track?!?

I wonder if Steph would demand a trade if they traded away his brother in law Damian Lee.

Ainge should trade for him. Burks is instant offense. Even if not needed he should do it just to prevent other EC teams from getting him.

I was under the impression most people don't care for brother in laws.

If that was the case then Lee would’ve never even got an opportunity with the Warriors.
