Paul George left the Los Angeles Clippers' 126-112 win over the Detroit Pistons in the second quarter due to tightness in his left hamstring.
George did not return to the game.
Doc Rivers added that George will be re-evaluated.
"Nothing happened [specifically] -- he just felt tightness. He said it at halftime and then we just decided not to bring him back. So he's going to be evaluated clearly," said Rivers after the game.
