The New York Knicks have expressed interest in Andre Drummond, but there has been no traction at this point with the Detroit Pistons.

The Pistons are seeking a package of draft picks and young players for Drummond.

The Knicks have seven draft picks over the next two years, but they're "in no rush to get off any of those draft picks," reports Shams Charania.

Drummond can become a free agent this coming offseason.

The Knicks with 3 point guards have decided it would be a great idea to match that statistic and get 3 centers as well.

"What do you think boss, we only have 10 bigs on the team, suppose we could use one or two more?"

And none of us Knicks fans are surprised.

Drummond for Mitch, RJ, and all the drafts picks for Drummond who will opt out next year anyway.

I had been pondering possible trades and with Drummond I thought, " No, this dude is ok, but this really doesn't make any sense at all. We have Mitch and they shouldn't play next to each other, he'll be a free agent, he's not all that good anyway." And now this... of course.

So Mitch and Randle can't coexist. Let's bring in a third of those. I heard Whiteside could be available at the right price and he'll be a free agent in summer anyway too.

How does Steve Mills still have a job. What's the rush when you're not even close to playoffs.

Being saying that for years about mills. I agree we should have 2 centers but only a back up to MRob should trade anything away for someone to play over him. Taj is not really a center.

i love drummond. i'm a huge fan.

he doesn't fit the mold of the modern day C, but he's still finding a way to be productive, and is a defensive center.



but i'm not **** surprised, at all, that this franchise would. the ONLY way they should be interested is if the best thing they're asking for is randle - but the pistons aren't as **** stupid as the knicks

Both are rebounder's and useless offensively from outside of 3 feet from the basket

so yeah, how about we trade Robinson's and some picks for Drummond and Max out Drummond. Instead of developing Robinson who is being paid peanuts and a bag of chips.

Then we should really try and trade for CP3 and Blake Griffen or Draymond.

and oh yeah, what will it take for us to trade for Dion Waiters from Miami? he is just misunderstood and we can turn him around.
