Mike Conley will return to the Utah Jazz starting lineup at the expense of Royce O'Neal.

Conley has come off the bench since returning from a hamstring injury. The Jazz starting lineup with O'Neal has been the most statistically effective in the NBA, with a +190 in 466 minutes.

Quin Snyder believes that the Jazz need to make Conley as comfortable as possible in order to maximize their championship chances.

Conley will remain on a minutes restriction.

O'Neal recently said he has no problem with coming off the bench.

"We've got guys who are unselfish, who really don't care who's scoring or whatever, who love playing with each other. As long as the team wins, everyone is happy."

I can't argue... His game has been ugly, but they are going to need him to figure this thin out if they want to make a deep run.

Utah has a young team. They can take their time to accumulate more talent and gel

In the meanwhile, the team can certainly use another big to play alongside Rudy Gobert. Swapping Conley for Al Horford plus a second round draft pick should do miracles to the team. The swap will open up minutes for Royce O'Neal at point guard and bring in a sweet shooting big to stretch the court for Rudy Gobert

I love Conley and the Jazz but there's no way you get Horford and a 2nd for him, Horford is a key player for any team he plays on. Both are new members of their respective team and I doubt either would be moved unless something was obviously wrong with the fit.
