The Dallas Mavericks are exploring possible trades for Michael Kidd-Gilchrist or Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, according to Brad Townsend of the Dallas Morning News and Rick Bonnell of The Charlotte Observer.

Townsend adds that the Mavs are considering whether to upgrade either forward position.

The Mavs recently traded for Willie Cauley-Stein after Dwight Powell's tore his Achilles tendon.
