Jim Boylen Expects To Remain As Head Coach Of Bulls, Wants To Make Case To New Bosses

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Thu Apr 9, 2020 9:28 pm

Jim Boylen fully expects he will return as head coach of the Chicago Bulls next season.

Boylen's one concern, however, is that he wants an opportunity to sit down with Arturas Karnisovas to discuss his year-and-a-half as head coach before they make a final decision.

Boylen's biggest supporters are believed to be Jerry Reinsdorf and Michael Reinsdorf.

Boylen has two seasons remaining on his contract, though it is considered a team-friendly deal.

Boylen became head coach of the Bulls following the dismissal of Fred Hoiberg.

THIS IS WHY THE BULLS SUCK AND WILL ALWAYS SUCK MOVING FORWARD. THEY CANT DRAFT, NO FREE AGENT WANTS TO PLAY THERE AND THE ADMIN SUCK. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE A DUMB COACH AND THE MOST OVER PRICED UNDER ACHIEVING PLAYERS OUT OF ANY TEAM IN THE NBA.

A change in culture means showing Jim Boylen the door -- there is no way you want Jim Paxsons hirings lingering around.

Bulls need to start with a clean slate and that means coaching included.

Upcoming winning coach / commands respect.

A few candidates come to mind :

* Jarron Collins ( GSW )
* Kenny Atkinson
* Becky Hammond / Ime Udoko ( Spurs )
* David Vanderpool ( Blazers )
* Sam Cassell ( Clippers )
* Van Exel ( Grizzlies )
