Yao Ming said that the Chinese Basketball Association has three options to resume the season.
The options include: playing out the full schedule, playing out a shortened season, or going straight to the playoffs.
Ming added that he hoped to play as many games as possible, and that a tournament to restart the season was being considered should the schedule be shortened.
Teams would be isolated in hotels, with fans barred from arenas.
