Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Wed Jun 17, 2020 5:56 am

The NBA outlined a six phase plan for players to go through starting from now to the end of the NBA Finals, which could last until October 13th.

Phase 1 gives players until Monday to report to their home city.

Phase 2, which begins on June 23rd, requires players to get tested every other day until their team leaves for the Orlando bubble.

Phase 3, which goes from July 1-11, will see players begin mandatory individual workouts at their team facilities. Head coaches will be allowed to participate in these individual workouts.

Phase 4 is split into two parts. Teams will travel to Orlando from July 7-11 and begin their quarantine. Teams will then be allowed to practice from July 9-21.

Players will be allowed to socialize with other players in their hotel during this time, provided all parties test negative.

Phase 5, ranging from July 22-29, allows teams who are staying in the same hotel to begin scrimmaging against each other.

Phase 6 then covers the resumption of the season through the NBA Finals.

Players will be required to pass a COVID-19 test within 24 hours of their team getting eliminated.
