Willie Cauley-Stein has elected not to participate in the NBA's return-to-play plan in Orlando. 

Cayley-Stein and his partner are expecting a baby that will be born in July.

The Dallas Mavericks acquired Cauley-Stein from the Golden State Warriors in January.
