Thunder To Sign Devon Hall To Two-Way Contract

The Oklahoma City Thunder will sign Devon Hall to a Two-Way contract.
The Thunder converted the contract of Luguentz Dort to a standard contract this week. Hall will fill Oklahoma City's additional Two-Way slot.
Hall was a second round pick in 2018 out of Virginia and was previously on a Two-Way contract with Oklahoma City before he was waived in December.
