Adam Silver revealed during a Time 100 talk on Tuesday that the NBA will stop the season if there is a surge of cases within the bubble.

"If cases are isolated, that's one thing," said Silver. "But if we had a lot of cases, we're going to stop."

Silver also said he won't be in the bubble during the entire remainder of the season.

Just cancel the season already. the reopening of America is already proving to be a massive disaster of epic proportions and anyone not seeing it is part of the problem. Soon Trump will try to cancel the election and declare himself supreme ruler. Insanity in the face of a once in a century Pandemic is trying to push through as if it isnt as bad as it is until its even worse than it would have been.
If you dont agree with me, please look at the data about rapid increases is cases. The lack of empathy for old people and immune compromised in this country seems to be the dominant force for the refusal to use PPE , that and just complete ignorance

As for re-opening...easy...at risk? Stay home. Able bodied, wear a mask everywhere wash your hands, and dont travel in mobs like jackasses.

I live in a country in Asia...oh so close to the epicenter... not one day off over this...not ONE. Everyone had to ration masks for a month, every business has disinfectant at the door and someone there to take your temperature.

The problem in USA isnt freeloaders its people in denial that PPE is necessary and the rate of positive tests among asymptomatic carriers is not clear. Most are working that can . The unemployment rates are high because businesses had to close or cant meet sd guideline regulations etc.
Americans are stubborn and unfortunately a lot are ignorant about this pandemic but we aint like you are suggesting.
